As General Contractor, we oversaw the complete interior fit out of the space, managing and coordinating all required trades to convert an existing retail shell into a fully operational restaurant and bakery. The scope of work emphasized precise execution, efficient sequencing, and strict compliance with food‑service standards. Our responsibilities encompassed interior build‑out and spatial configuration, coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installation of durable finishes appropriate for a high‑traffic restaurant environment, comprehensive construction management and scheduling, and rigorous quality control leading to final inspections. This project demonstrates our capabilities as Tenant Fit‑Out Contractors, delivering complex interior renovations for restaurant and retail clients.
