JH Greene completed the full conversion of a 20,000 SF office building into a high-end retail complex in Montgomery County, PA for a distinguished regional developer. JH Greene’s scope included demolition of the existing façade and the southwest-facing 6,200 SF of the building. The remaining 13,800 SF was demised and converted into multi-tenant spaces; including the fit-out of an AT&T “Wireless Experience” performed by our team.
