Southampton Office Building

JH Greene performed the ground-up construction of a 20,000 square foot medical office building in Southampton, PA, and later completed several of the interior fit-out projects for various tenants. The project involved demolition of an existing warehouse and multi-family home, a turn-key site development package including earthwork, underground utilities, paving, landscaping and DOT road improvements, along with ground-up building construction containing unique architectural steel features. Despite several threats from weather, our team was able to keep the project moving with the projected schedule.
