JH Greene completed the new construction of a plastic surgery tenant space within a multi-use, two-story commercial shell building completed by our team within the same year. The project scope involved installation of ADA compliant millwork, lockers, and specialty laminate work stations, cabinetry, and granite counters. All fire protection requirements were provided on a design/build basis by our team. With the main panel controls for generator annunciator panel, medical gas, and nurse call system being tied to our oversight, we were able to ensure these systems were adequately coordinated with ownership and manufacturers to meet optimal functionality standards.
