The JH Greene team completed this retail fit-out of a Party City store in Millville, NJ on time and on budget. This opportunity was unique, as we were engaged by the landlord of the space. The tenant organization was so pleased with our performance that we were placed on their bidders list so they can gain the same output for future engagements.
This project involved demolition of existing tenant space and major updates to exterior façade. Our team integrated new mechanical systems, as well as facility upgrades to accommodate adequate lighting and brand standards for shelving and point of sale.
