Turn-key tenant fit-out for a high-end grocery store concept. This project included full interior demolition, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, along with custom casework and new finishes throughout.

Turn-key tenant fit-out for two restaurants in a newly constructed lifestyle center. These opportunities were completed simultaneously ahead of schedule and on-budget.

Scope of work included new playground, addition of double drive-thru, and a retro-fit of interior consistent with brand standards.
