The Hatboro Library project focused on enhancing a vital community and educational resource by improving functionality, accessibility, and exterior durability—all while maintaining uninterrupted daily operations. Delivered through construction management services, the work included exterior façade renovations, a new vestibule entrance, an exterior book drop, upgraded concrete walkways, and coordinated specialty trade involvement. As General Contractor, we managed the effort from preconstruction through completion, emphasizing safety, sequencing, and seamless integration with existing systems to ensure continuous public access.
