New year, new-ish us! Lots have been going on around the office, and the following are little snippets of some recent news/upcoming events worth sharing:
New Subcontractor Pre-Qualification App System:
We’ve now begun to simplify our subcontractor qualification process through an online form. With a new subpage of our website, we welcome all trades to submit information on their company, previous projects, staff, and references. Following each submission, our pre-qualification team reviews information to then add partners to receive ITBs relative to the applicant’s trade and capabilities. JH Greene goes through a thorough review of each company, which may include reaching out to the references provided as well as performing research on your company through alternate channels. If an organization passes the qualification process, they will receive a confirmation email via an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a project that is fitting to their capabilities, trade, and geographic location.
Interested in working with our team? We’d love to have you onboard. Check out the form: jhgreene.com/prequal/
BisNow Office Space Event:
Our business development team, as always, has sights on remaining educated on industry trends and where the market seems to thrive as commercial real estate needs shift. With our suburban headquarters location, the “Strength of the Philly Suburbs” event especially piqued our interest. This panel discussion and networking event emphasizes the expectations defied by Philly suburbs in their performance relative to the city office environment. With speakers directly involved in some critical developments, the information shared should be pretty compelling—we’re looking forward to it.
If you’re also interested in having a forward-looking perspective on construction in the office sector, this event is a sure bet: https://www.bisnow.com/events/philadelphia/Strength-of-the-Philly-Suburbs-1218 If you’re attending and want to meet up, shoot us an email at sales@jhgreene.com and we’ll look forward to some conversation over breakfast.
Blog Output:
We’ve doubled our blog production to two or more pieces a week in 2018. To best speak to our readers, we’ve scheduled and organized topics into market trends/CRE-construction outlook, news-driven pieces, and best practices in achieving project goals. Have a topic you’d be interested in having us cover? We’re up for the challenge of exploring new coverage, and also accepting guest content for any relevant blogger looking to expand their presence.
We’re hooked on the Insta:
Check out our newest social media addiction for updated progress on some of our best projects. We’re loving the response we’ve received thus far, and are excited to see the full potential of the construction network on Instagram (we’re taken back at how engaging it is). Follow us @jhgreeneson
Cheers!
