JH Greene provided a LEED-certified tenant build-out for the global coffee corporation, Starbucks, in their newest Newark, DE location. The design involved one of Starbucks’ sophisticated-tier level prototypes with high-end finishes highlighting its unique appeal. This location was the first of its kind. JH Greene’s close attention to each specification detail ensured a smooth project delivery. This project included complete new construction consisting of equipment installation, custom finishes, fixtures and casework throughout.
