JH Greene provided the ground-up construction of a PF Chang’s restaurant in the Shoppes at Belmont center on an accelerated 16 week schedule. The design was a new prototype for the brand, which had few implementations prior to this project. Despite several architectural revisions, our team met the predetermined timeline and exceeded the brand team’s expectations for the construction. With many fine finishes derived from foreign countries, the JH Greene team was able to plan proactively and ensure material procurement compatible with the tight schedule.
