JH Greene completed an exterior façade renovation to an existing shopping center store front, allowing a more modern and fresh appearance. This project involved coordination with minimal impact on neighboring retailer tenants, while ensuring signage and exterior was compliant with corporate guidelines. This store front was previously three store fronts, and the JH Greene team combined the units into one vanilla shell space.
